A clear address helps

The delivery experience is designed for a clear address and an optional location pin shared with permission. An assigned rider can use that pin for directions and contact the customer if the handoff point is unclear.

Delivery tracking

Tracking is designed to show the assigned rider’s progress during an active delivery. It depends on location permission and the rider’s connection. Live delivery tracking will open with delivery operations; this website does not track anyone’s location.

Timing and charges

Delivery estimates depend on restaurant preparation, rider availability, distance and local conditions. Final delivery charges and applicable taxes will be shown before an order is confirmed.

Support will connect delivery concerns to the order, including delays, location difficulties and missing or incorrect items. Official contact details will be published before launch.

Our riders

Zumku will pay its riders directly. Rider compensation is kept separate from restaurant settlements.
