START LOCAL. THINK ACROSS INDIA.

Good food has
no city limit.

Anantapur is our first stop. From there, we aim to bring Zumku to more Indian cities, one local food community at a time.

FIRST CITY

Anantapur

Our first launch city. Opening date and delivery areas will be announced here.

More city launches will follow. Selecting a city does not register your details.

GOOD FOOD. A FAIR WAY.

Fairness belongs
at every step.

Our approach puts clear prices, kitchen operations, rider pay and helpful support at the centre of the delivery experience.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you dig in.

When can I place an order?

Ordering will open with our Anantapur launch. This website does not take orders or payments yet; we’ll announce the opening date here.

Will I be able to pay with PhonePe?

We’re working towards PhonePe Payment Gateway support. Available payment methods will be confirmed when ordering opens.

How will restaurant settlements work?

Our proposed restaurant terms include a 72-hour wait after delivery before settlement, with the affected order held while a complaint remains unresolved. Final terms will be agreed with restaurants and the payment provider. This wait does not limit a customer’s complaint or refund rights.

How does delivery tracking work?

The delivery experience is designed to show updates from the assigned rider, with permission-based location sharing during an active order. Live tracking will be available only once delivery operations open.

Will you expand beyond Anantapur?

Yes. We aim to bring Zumku to more cities across India, with launch dates and local coverage announced city by city.
